Thankful Thursday

We want to thank everyone for all your support concerning our lovely Chica.  She is doing so much better - Mom feels bad that she may have had a UTI for a while and we did not see any signs.  Chica is playing and acting very much like her old self.

Mom is a Reiki Master and knows of groups online that do energy healing along with other types of healings.  If anyone knows a person or animal that needs help you can go to this group - The Distant Healing Network.  Mom used to volunteer for them and they do great work.  You can also just let Mom know and she will pass the word on to the healing groups plus add to her own list.  Putting all types of good positive vibes out there can help in any situation!

We would like to focus on our friends Sammy and Andy who need our help desperately right now.  They are having financial issues and need lots of green papers to help them thru this.  They are having an auction - donate or buy something and then pass the word on so others will know about the auction. The auction will begin on Friday August 12 at Furiends in Need blog. You can make a donation now at their blog - Sammy, Andy's and Shelly's Place.  Their mom Judi does fabulous work with Photoshop and can create a new look for your blog for a donation.

We can all make a huge difference in each other's lives by helping any way we can.  Chica is a testament to that!  Thank you all for all you do.

We have to agree - the power of the purr is pretty amazing.

As for Chica, mom says you shouldn't feel too guilty - us cats are pretty good about not letting you people know when we is sick.

We're very glad that Chica is feeling so much better now!

We've made a small donation to mom Judi via her PayPal--we know every bit helps! And of course Eric and Flynn are having a commentathon for them too, today. The CB truly is the best community our mom's ever encountered!

We are so happy that Chica is feeling better!!! Big purrs from us!

Our Mom's friend is a Reiki practitioner and she did reiki on Samson for his allergies. He just loves it and every time she comes over, he gets in position for a session. We're sure that Chica loves her sessions with you too!

I am so very happy to hear that Chica is doing better!! Yay!

My vet told me that it's very common to not notice if your kitty has an infection, especially since cats hide illness so well. Sometimes it just comes up in blood work and then after a course of antibiotics, people will all of a sudden notice that the cat is perkier and then realize that they were sick. I know that happened with Lucy earlier this year.

Thanks for letting us know about Judi. I'm so sad to hear about this.

So glad Chica is doing better - that Reiki is amazing stuff - I do it for my husband - helps him with pain relief and with speeding up healing of sore places. Thanks for letting us know all in this post!

So happy that Chica is doing better.

But Chica, please tell your mom that it's not her fault that she didn't know Chica had a UTI. That's a hard thing to realize is wrong unless kitty is peeing in appropriately.
